Return Policy – Carmel Watches
Returns accepted within 14 days
If you change your mind, you may return your watch within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn and is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, certificates, and packaging.
Return conditions

The watch must show no signs of wear.

Bracelets must not have been adjusted.
Procedure

Send us an email with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with the return address.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Return shipping costs

Returns are free within France and Europe.

For other countries (notably the United States and Canada), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized products
Watches with personalized engravings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
